Finally learn to perfectly roast a chicken, cook a ribeye steak to your desired doneness and achieve the perfect golden brown crust on a pork roast with my meat roasting class. I will teach the 5 tried and true steps to perfectly roasted meats. In addition to to learning proper meat cookery, we will explore the beautiful and vast world of pan sauces, w00t! Never wash fond down the drain again!

Have trouble coming up with dinner every night? Feel uninspired and beholden, or fearful to stray from a recipe? Over three one-on-one sessions Kat will teach you to shop, prep and cook like a pro. Dinner in 20-30 minutes, no recipe required - not a problem!
It begins with a long chat and tour of your fridge and pantry. We will discuss you and your family’s eating habits, the beat of your week and any dietary restrictions or preferences as well as any dishes that you feel compelled to master. Based on that conversation I will create a shopping list to stock your fridge and pantry so that you will always have a dinner on hand.
After you complete your shopping we will have two cooking lessons guiding you through 4 recipes designed to highlight basic cooking techniques.
It doesn’t have to end there, if you’re stumped by an ingredient at the grocery store or need some assistance in the literal heat of the moment, I am only a text or a phone call away. I’m also happy to supply additional personalized recipes in the future for a reasonable fee.
