Sample Menu 1:

200 person passed hors d’ouevres and standing entree school fundraiser - $30/person

Crostini Bar (choose 4)
- Fresh Ricotta with Spring Peas, Mint, Parmesan and Nutmeg
- Cannelini Bean Pate and Arugula Pecorino Pesto
- Romesco Sauce with Sherry Glazed Pancetta and Radicchio
- Shishito Peppers with Guanciale and Lemon Vinaigrette
- Chicken Liver Mousse with Pickled Ramps, Mustarda
- Salt Cod Baccalo with Piccholine Olives and Preserved Lemon
- Charcuterie and Cheese Boards with Rosemary Fleur de Sel Flatbread, Fig Compote, Warm Olives

Polenta Bowls
- Creamy Parmesan Polenta with Red Wine Braised Short Ribs with Carrot Coriander Salad and Parmesan (gluten free)
- Creamy Polenta with Roasted Mushrooms, Endive and Chive Salad with Shallot Vinaigrette (gluten free, can also be vegan)

Dessert
- Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta with Rhubarb Compote
- Cookie Platter of Pistachio Ricotta Cookies / Lemon Lavender Shortbread / Chocolate Hazelnut Drop Cookies
